A colourful renovated country house nestled in a fruit and nut orchard only 5kms from Bright and 100m from the Rail Trail cycle path. Enjoy the large private guest wing with two huge bedrooms; one queen bed, and the second a king bed that can split into two singles, which is great for the kids (check Other details for more kids info). With a private entrance, it also includes a large bathroom, laundry and kitchenette, access to patio & BBQ with deck, a fire pit and is bike friendly.

The Nest

The Nest is a unique, inviting place to stay right in the heart of beautiful Bright. Tucked in behind the little boutique clothing shop called Chooks, there are cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep! Explore the many walking tracks along the Ovens River, catch a movie at the little cinema just around the corner, or jump on your bike and ride one of the cycling tracks that surround the town. The apartment includes a spacious bedroom, separate bathroom, and full kitchen with dining area. Its elevated position offers sunset views over Bright and the mountains. A short, easy five-minute walk across the Ovens River footbridge leads to Bright’s food, wine, and boutique shopping. Guests enjoy private entry, parking, and courtyard access.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
