The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Listen closely and you may hear the lions at Longleat roar! Tucked down a quiet lane, on the edge of Longleat Safari Park, The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage is a delightful bolthole. Stepping through the front door, you will be met with a spacious yet cosy open plan living space with a modern shower-room. The bedroom with private balcony occupies the entirety of the first floor.
