Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. Beautiful barn converted to a high quality stable flat boasting original beams and features, sleeping 1 or 2 people - sadly no children or pets. Private entrance hall, perfect for storing coats and boots after a day exploring our stunning countryside. Upstairs is light and airy with high ceilings and plenty of windows. Breathtaking views from the flat overlooking the stables. Comfy king sized bed, with en-suite shower room. Fully functional kitchen/dining area with open plan living room.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Garden Apartment

Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

New Barn, Dyrham, Near Bath.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Cherry Blossom Hut

Cherry Blossom Hut is a cosy shepherd's hut for two at Myrtle Farm, between Bristol and Bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway or exploring the South West. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, seating area and firepit. An optional firewood package includes firewood, firelighters, BBQ utensils and marshmallows. Inside are a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, induction hob and fridge with ice box. Sorry, no pets or children due to livestock on the farm.

The Lodge with a Pool near Bath

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips especially with the indoor Swimming Pool and garden. We like to keep things simple and ensure your stay is enjoyable, calm and at your own pace - essentially an easy stay that keeps all in the family happy. Our Lodge is spacious, perfect for families has a Gym with a shower area, a fully equipped Kitchen, Lounge, Sky Q and WiFi. Upstairs we have an area in the main bedroom with an Xbox S (digital version) for the gamers!

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.
