With plenty of outside space including a hot tub which is exclusively for the couple using the barn, Games room, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) shared with the owners.

Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.

The property comprises of 2 double bedrooms with a lounge /dining area. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. A self- contained Loft on our working farm with a double bedroom, compact sitting/ TV area, kitchenette and shower room. Great for weekend getaways or mid week stays, with ample off road parking. There is a wild swimming pond & sauna on the farm which can be booked separately. Situated just outside the beautiful rural village of Priors Hardwick, there are numerous countryside walks around the farm and by the Oxford Canal, as well as being very accessible by road and rail.
