The house is located 23 miles from Ellsworth, 10 miles from Winter Harbor which is home to the ferry terminal that will take you to Bar Harbor for the day!

Schoodic Point has been said to be quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. Only 10% of Acadia National Park visitors make the visit to the Schoodic Peninsula.

10 acres of birches on the Pleasant River. This is perfect tranquility, relax in the wood-fired hot-tub, explore the tidepools on the beach, relax in the hammocks slung underneath the birches. Sleeps upwards of 8 in our second floor open bedroom with four queen beds, or utilize the two spacious canvas tents on platforms on the property. Grill, soak and relax. 50 minutes from Acadia National Park in Downeast Maine.
