The WYOMING BEDROOM has a Woodsy theme & has it's own Private Bath behind the bedroom and also a private deck. It is by far the "Favorite" of our rooms. At The Winchester House we serve a Pastry of some sort, Fruit and coffee or Juice ( Served in our newly remodeled Dining Room) In St. George there is ALWAYS something fun happening. You will be glad you chose to come and stay with us. Near the Winchester House is Hiking, Biking with many trails. Also, we are across from Snow Canyon State Park.

You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath, plus access to a 1/2 bath off the entry, if needed. 1 The Cowboy room -12X22ft, has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room -12X16ft, has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

Zion's Suite is a newly renovated, private room with your relaxation and privacy in mind. You have your own private entrance into the room with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A private driveway is provided with off street parking is provided. The rest of the home is occupied by a family with two small dogs. Attractively appointed with one king bed, this cottage can accommodate two people. It features beautiful garden and canyon views under the shade of one of Springdale’s oldest pecan trees. This cottage has a private entrance, individual patio, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player, refrigerator and in-room safe. The private bathroom features a single person tub and separate walk-in-shower.
