Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. Today, it’s a peaceful escape to slow down, walk quiet dirt roads, and take in sunset views from the deck. Featured in 417 Magazine, it’s a one-of-a-kind place to unplug and reconnect. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

Lake Longbow is an 80-acre ranch with a gorgeous, private 10-acre lake stocked with fish. There are miles 4-wheeler/walking trails, a waterfall, woods, and pasture. There's room for dry camping as well. The house has been remodeled and sleeps 16. It has a fully furnished basement with a bunk room where the kids love to go and play. We love to swim and kayak in the lake in the summer and explore and adventure in the woods all year round! This is the perfect place to escape from the ordinary!

R&R Cottage

A quant 1930s cottage in a peaceful setting located within walking distance of the Ava Square. This 2 queen bed (plus queen sleeper sofa), one bath cottage is the perfect spot for a little R&R. With a park like backyard you won’t remember you are close to downtown shopping, the local Saturday farmers market, and coffee shops until you want the convenience. Close to Branson shopping and shows, area lakes and rivers, a trout farm enjoyed by people from all over the world and great hiking trails.

The Grainery with Hot Tub

Welcome to the Grainery! This is a uniquely built grain bin for four, tucked in the edge of the forest in the Ozark Hills. Bring along your smores and enjoy roasting them over a beautiful wood fire and count the stars as you relax in a soothing spa. Need more space, bring an RV with full hook up available for an extra $50 a night. We hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay in God’s creation. Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

You will have Access to our 2 pavilions, 1 off the basement of the main house and 1 at the creek park. Surrounded by a mountain of trees and has a year round clear creek that flows through the property with picnic tables, bathrooms, showers, swings, fire pit and outdoor mini kitchen. Both pavilions have large picnic tables with grills.

Sleeping space includes a queen bed in the beautifully furnished bedroom, a couch in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. If you are not a lake person, check out Ozark County's 5 Historic Grist Mills, Glade Top Trail, Caney Mountain Conservation Area, Mark Twain National Forest, Peel Ferry or North Fork River. All within 30 minute drive. No pets, there is a boarding place around 5 minutes away. Blu's Boarding in Theodosia. No smoking in house please.

Gardner Wildlife Getaway, Wasola Missouri

The fully furnished log cabin will sleep 5 to 6 adults comfortably with one queen and three twin beds. Additional amenities include: full refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, washer/dryer and small TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs with shower and bath tub. The cabin is on a working ranch surrounded by woods and pastures with food plots and wildlife ponds. It is a great place for 4-wheeling. We are very near 2 rivers which are great for kayaking.
