PINE LODGE is a log home nestled in a lovely wooded area. A great quiet get-a-way. The main area displays a cozy living area. Two skylights flood the room with light. Large windows show off the outdoors where you may see turkey, birds and deer. There is a full kitchen. The spacious master bedroom looks out into the woods. The downstairs bath has a washer/dryer. The upstairs open loft has 2 bedroom areas, one with a queen bed and sitting area and one with 2 twin beds. It also has a full bath.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful lakefront cottage! Sleeps 12 with open floor plan, full kitchen, and big dining table. It has central air/heat, 4 TVs, movies, games/toys, good wi-fi, and nicely stocked coffee/tea bar. Enjoy fishing and kayaking (9 boats provided). A sandy swimming area is down the road. There’s a swing set and fire pit for cookouts and s’mores. Love nature? Watch for frogs, turtles, geese, herons, eagles, and deer. You’ll see awesome sunsets over the lake.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

If you are looking for a relaxing, cozy getaway our vintage 1950s 2 bedroom log house has been recently updated with all the comforts of home. It features hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, furnished in a comfy mix of old and new, electric fireplace, new appliances, and remodeled bathroom with large walk in shower. Our home is a few blocks to downtown Clare where you will find unique local shops, eateries, and entertainment.

Beautiful Downtown Loft - East Suite

This beautiful suite is the prime location right downtown walking distance to bars, eateries, Cops and Doughnuts, shops, rails for trails, parks and the movie theater! Fit for two but spacious enough for a small family, the East Room has a queen size bed, leather sofa, small table and kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. Look out the picture window for a view of main street Clare. We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.

A simple getaway. Lake access right down the street with public boat ramp. Great for taking a break in an incredibly designed cabin. The water is okay for taking a shower and washing dishes, but please use bottled water for cooking and drinking. Downtown Evart drive 15 minutes. Downtown Cadillac drive 25 minutes. Close to national forest. 42 minutes from Cabrefae Ski Resort. Traverse City 1hr 23 min away

The Bear Den

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful two bedroom chalet. Walking distance to Coldwater Lake park public beach and campground. Public boat ramp access through Coldwater lake park for a fee. The Pines golf course and Little Flower Barn wedding venue are 10 minutes. 20 minutes from Central Michigan University.

Retro first floor apartment, Clare

We are renting our retro first floor apartment. It is approximately 700 feet. This is an awesome location! It is within walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping, and a walking/bike trail. This apartment has a keypad on the front door so you can arrive at your convenience and enter with a code.
