Mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung (30 Min. von der A8, 5 Min. zum Bahnhof) eignet sie sich hervorragend für Ausflüge zum Wandern, Skifahren oder Baden . In der Unterkunft im zweiten Stock unseres Neubaus erwartet Sie ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne, sowie zwei (und bei Bedarf ein weiteres) Schlafzimmer. The very sunny and modern apartment is located in a very nice, green, quiet, safe and clean upper middle class community in Munich. It is about 25 minutes drive to Messe- Munich exhibition center , 50 minutes drive to Munich airport. The apartment is nice decorated with real wood floor and high-end furniture. A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

Am Eingang des Ötztales sind wir mit Bahn bzw.Bus (zu Fuß ca.10 bzw. 3 min) und PKW (P beim Haus) bestens erreichbar und an Innsbruck und sämtliche Freizeitangebote dieser Region angebunden. Bauernladen, Bäcker, Fleischer sind um´s Eck, 5 min zum "MiniEKZ" im Dorf.
