Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. Recently renovated Kingsland Cottage, situated in the centre of Colwall village is perfect for a relaxing break at any time of the year. To the front there is an off road parking space and a self-contained garden. There are pubs and a cafe within walking distance and local walking trails start in the village. Great Malvern is 3 miles over the hill and the ancient town of Ledbury 5 miles in the other direction. Direct trains run from London to Colwall station, 5 minutes' walk from the cottage.

The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.
