Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
