Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

Lapin Cottage is nestled in the most beautiful pocket in Dorset. Situated on private farm land, it hosts rolling views of the Bride Valley and only a stones throw from the Jurassic Coast. You will wake up to a chorus of birdsong and the tinkling of bells from our sheep. The sunken bath on the deck is the ideal place for gazing up at the starry night sky.

Inside there is one double bedroom and a further bedroom with a double bed and single bunk above. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge.

At the end of a no-through road on the edge of the village, this quiet upstairs annex has stunning dual aspect country views across the Bride Valley. The large (32m2), warm and spacious room includes a simple kitchen area and there is a separate bathroom. The annex sits above our garage, accessed via a shared rear hallway. Puncknowle is a quiet village less than 2 miles from the beach, perfectly situated to enjoy the Jurassic coast. The friendly Crown Inn pub is a 5 minute walk away.

It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

Fall asleep to the sound of waves on shingle in this stunning, hand-crafted oak shepherd’s hut. In winter the Hut is cosy with double glazing, a wood burner plus radiator. In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.
