Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Two great village pubs 5 & 10 mintues walk. Continental breakfast included. The annex has an en-suite shower room, king size bed, double wardrobe and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Your staircase leads to a working area and your private bathroom & bedroom. The gardens are beautifully maintained & fully available. At dusk you may even see the badgers who live in the meadow. The area is surrounded by amazing country pubs, restaurants, walks & cycle routes with country houses & wildlife sanctuaries.

We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

We are only 10 minutes walk from the town with its restaurants, cafe's, wine bars and pubs. One and a Half miles from West Bay and the Jurassic Coast. Bridport has been voted 5th best market town in Great Britain by the Times. The area also has a UNESCO world heritage site.
