This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. Just 15 minutes from chch airport, 5 minutes to local shops and restaurants, 20 minutes into the town Centre and just over an hour to the ski fields this rural cottage is central to all your needs. 5 minutes up the road is the National Equine Centre and Mcleans Island which has walks, bike tracks, Orana Zoo and multiple paint balling and other activities. Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
