Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.
