A cyclists dream, with a 5 minute ride to the Castleman trailway, you'll be well on your way to ride the old railway track to Moors Valley, Upton country park and more. You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Castleman Cabin

The lodge Is situated within the grounds of our home, and is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, en suite shower and living area. The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.

Located in Wimborne in the quiet village of Canford Magna, The Coach House at The Brook was built around 1780. It’s linked to the main house by a central courtyard where you will find the entrance to this recently restored Grade ll gem. Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.
