Close to many restaurants/bars in the area, directly on the snowmobile trail system, across the street from the ATV trails of Tug Hill. Close to the towns of Lyons Falls, Brantingham and Martinsburg. New expanded parking with fire pit, charcoal grill and corn hole boards. New microwave in kitchen.

Close to the ADK state park, fishing, hiking and both downhill and cross country skiing. Four beds and access to two single cots (upon request) makes it a great retreat for you and your riding group.
