Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Ο ξεχωριστός μεγάλος κήπος του, το φυσικό τοπίο με τις υπέροχες ξερολιθιές όπου πάνω σε αυτές υπάρχουν αμυγδαλιές, ο υπόκωφος ήχος της θάλασσας που σε συντροφεύει μέσα στη διάρκεια της ημέρας η ηρεμία καθώς η ησυχία και η άνεση του σπιτιού και τα υπέροχα μοντέρνα χρώματά του εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά σας γαληνεύουν για τις όμορφες καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές!!!
