Villa Nia Family House

Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Δυόροφο κατάλυμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με κουζίνα,ψυγείο,plasma TV,καφετέρια, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερόστρα, 2 Wc(ένα σε κάθε όροφο),τζάκι,2 τριθέσιους καναπέδες. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει εξωτερική βεράντα με μεγάλη ομπρέλα και καθιστικό.Και μπαίνοντας μέσα σε υποδέχεται κ άλλο καθιστικό με το τζάκι,και στο βάθος ο χώρος της κουζίνας με την ξύλινη στέγη. Ανεβαίνουμε στον πάνω όροφο από την ξύλινη σκάλα,και βρίσκουμε ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Με μια υπεροχη θεα.

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, quirky character, the full kitchen, the views and location making it an ideal base from which to explore. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Outside the tourist season (May-October) Argassi reverts back to its farming roots.

The Little House

This house has an unparalleled view to the Ionian Sea and the beaches of Vasilikos, due to its unique position. It boasts bright, open spaces in white and soft colours. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and bathroom on the ground floor, while a staircase leads to the bedroom, designed like a loft. Out in the yard, the view is breath-taking, while the area is equipped with outdoors shower, a 6 seat Jacuzzi tub and relaxing chaise longues for total relaxation.
