Kućica se nalazi u središnjem dijelu gornjeg Međimurja, 15 km od Čakovca, 3 km od LifeClass terma Sveti Martin, na biciklističkoj ruti. Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Kućica je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kuhinjskim priborom, caffe aparatom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, perilicom suđa i veša. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi i veliki parking za aute.

Hallgassátok a madárcsicsergést a reggeli kávét iszogatva, heverésszetek a függőágyban az öreg gesztenyefa alatt, sétáljatok a Mohás-forrást követve az Óház-kilátó túraútvonalán, zárásként pedig ugorjatok be az egyik közeli borászatba, vagy csak gyönyörködjetek a csillagos égboltban a kertből. A ház fő fűtése cserépkályha, elsősorban azoknak ajánljuk, akik szívesen használják a fatüzelést.
