A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Tree Vistas Treehouse in Ionia Michigan

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Escape to the peace and simplicity of the countryside in our cozy, attached apartment on a 7th-generation family homestead. This private apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is fully ADA compliant, also featuring a bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and a piano. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

Great for writers, couples, families, crafters, gatherings of friends. Garden level self-contained apartment (I live upstairs) overlooks the Grand River on 25 acres of woods and streams. Glass-faced living area, 4 bedrooms, galley kitchen, double bathroom (2 sinks, 2 toilets, 2 showers), washer/dryer, and large deck facing the river. River seating. With advance request, 2 kayaks available. No hunting. Ask about family rates for children under 12.

Then, retreat inside the air conditioned and heated home with incredible views of the peaceful lake from the large A-frame windows. Or enjoy more rustic, campy fun in our bunk houses for extra room to bring the whole family. * please note, this space is 20 minutes from any town and well off the beaten path.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
