Custom designed fitted kitchen/dining-room with corian worktop & glass sliding doors leading out to its own courtyard. Two generous bedrooms (one with a king sized bed the other with two double beds) both with smart tv's. The properties heating system is Air to Water, with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.

Located at the bottom of the garden of the Main house The Roost. The shed is tucked away and guests have their own private patio area under a lean to. Cuckoo Wood Hexagon, 5km from Westport

This cabin has a hexagon shape with a square porch where the front door is. The Hexagon, as I call it, is situated on its own on land that is half orchard half woodland. On the morning sun side, where the door is, the decking leads to the little purpose built bathroom building. There is a perspex canopy so you can walk over staying dry even if it is raining. A few goats and a few hens roam in the adjoining field.
