The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

This unique place has a style all its own. 5 minutes off the interstate and you can wake up to the most beautiful sunrises and views that Arkansas has to offer. This home has all the amenities you are looking for while still making you feel like you are away from the rest of the world. In the master bedroom we have a king size adjustable mattress that you can set to your exact preference. We are a quick drive to Fayetteville if calling the Hogs and great eateries is more your style!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.
