Poole Quay is just around the corner, and Baiter Park is a five-minute walk away if you fancy some fresh air and sea views.

The Yurt has been specially designed by a local Yurt maker and is made of highest quality materials. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Private Garden Glamping Retreat- Firepit & Massage

The rustic glamping hut (double or twin) is nestling in the garden of this charming Georgian house in a tranquil Dorset village. Within a couple of steps is the bathroom hut with shower & toilet. Then there is the ‘firehut’, with a raised firepit, basic cooking equipment, fridge, microwave, toaster and mini stove. The walled garden is private for yourselves to enjoy, with an additional firepit for those starry nights. Additional two double bedrooms in main house available for booking.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.
