The Cottage at Benedict Farms is a quaint farmhouse (circa 1902) located near Crawford, just minutes outside of Waco. The Cottage is located on our family farm. We invite you to come and experience farm life hospitality. Relax by the fire pit, collect eggs, or watch and enjoy the animals (cattle, sheep, donkey, pigs, chickens and mini horses). Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Our country cottage is private and peaceful and only 14 minutes from downtown Waco! Enjoy simple self check-in to your sparkling clean farmhouse cottage. Relax on the porch to the sounds of the creek. Birdwatch, star gaze, or stroll down the quiet lane. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a sofa bed. With private and secure garage parking plus your washer/dryer, we've thought of everything so your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a bluff, the lakehouse is spacious enough for a group of friends or family and has a panoramic view of the lake that is accessible (this will count as your exercise for the day!) for swimming or fishing. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

Fossil Trace Ranch Guesthouse

Enjoy a stay at Fossil Trace Ranch, a 1 bed, 1 bath guest house located on 15 Acres at the end of a private road in the Northern Hill Country of Bosque County. The home features a morning porch and evening porch, fire-pit, 1 permanent pond and a second pond that fills after rainfall. LOTS of wildlife, fossils and walking trails. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 41 Miles to Magnolia Silos in Waco. Pets accepted with pet fee.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
