Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Back porch has wooded scenery, there is a small rocky beach 3 houses down. PLEASE OBSERVE HOUSE RULES BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are welcome PLEASE ASK BEFOREHAND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN AFTER THEM ; ie pet hair : vacuum before you leave - a charge will be assessed other wise Water to entire apartment is filtered.

Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

We invite you to stay & experience all of the beauty that Lake Whitney has to offer. Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a bluff, the lakehouse is spacious enough for a group of friends or family and has a panoramic view of the lake that is accessible (this will count as your exercise for the day!) for swimming or fishing. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful cabin situated outside the city of Waco in the countryside. Sit on the porch and sip coffee while listening to birds chirp and sing. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.
