The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

The Bolthole is a beautiful, cosy self catering annexe, located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are so many simple delights: sea swims, beach BBQ's, dramatic coastal walks, explore caves, discover rockpools, crabbing, fishing, hire a SUP, or a nature walk through the marsh – even a round of golf! The Cabin offers a relaxed base to explore the many charms of the island. Perfect for a romantic break or a week with the kids.

Inspired by Ventnor’s landscape, guests can connect to nature through thoughtful interior design, taking influence from the natural beauty surrounding us. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Dove cottage is a charming one bedroom seaside cottage located in Ventnor. With stunning sea views, it’s a perfect getaway for couples looking for a relaxing break in one of the most beautiful areas on the Isle of Wight. As well as being near the beach, Dove Cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes that Ventnor has to offer. There are many scenic coastal paths nearby leading to places such Bonchurch, Steephill Cove and St Lawrence.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
