unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Hallenbad in Scheibbs Schigebiete Ötscher 40 min Hochkar ca 50 min und Solebad Göstling 40 min entfernt

Das Stadt Atelier befindet sich im historischen Schiffmeisterhaus direkt an der Donau. Durch seine zentrale Lage sind Geschäfte und Gastronomie in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Schiffmeisterhaus liegt auch am beliebten Donau-Radweg und bietet eigene Radabstell- sowie E-Bike Lademöglichkeiten. Das Stadt Atelier an der Donaulände ist ein besonderer Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch das benachbarte Apartment ATELIER ROSÉ

Wohnung im Zentrum von Melk

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Melk im 1. Stock eines barocken Bürgerhauses. sie ist 50 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Waschraum mit Dusche Waschmuschel und WC. Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Haus an der Weide

Kleines Haus am Fuße des Ginselberges mit Ausblick auf eine große Weide umrandet von Wäldern. Die Unterkunft hat eine eigene Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick in die Natur. Das Gebäude gliedert sich in 2 Stockwerke. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein kleiner Vorraum, von diesem geht man in die Stube, weiter in die Küche, das Badezimmer sowie in eine Toilette. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie eine Galerie befinden sich im Obergeschoß.
