The Shotgun House

Enjoy your stay at the Shotgun house located in the heart of Prestonsburg within walking distance to a popular restaurant and downtown shopping. This cozy house offers a 58" TV and playstation in the living and also a 50" TV in the bedroom. Relax outside on a covered porch and enjoy the occasional local live music. Located close to the Prestonsburg Passage Trail, Mountain Arts Center, Middle Creek National Battlefield, Pikeville Exp Center and a short drive to the Red River Gorge.

The Hilltop House

The Hilltop House is located less than a half mile from the Devil Anse trailhead and under 1 mile from downtown Matewan WV. This beautifully remodeled home (2023) is designed for riders that want more from where they stay, The Hilltop house has great privacy and beautiful views in addition to being packed with features both inside and out. This home is designed for a maximum of 6 guests, please do not book if you have more than 6 in your party without hosts prior approval.

The Depot -Luxury Rental

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our house is ideal for traveling medical/business professionals, or families visiting the area. It is not suitable for ATV trail riders because we have no parking space available for trailers/ UTV’s, or SxS’s. We are 0.6 miles from Mingo County Courthouse and Williamson Health and Wellness Center, 1.3 miles to Tug Valley ARH Medical Center, 30 minutes drive to Pikeville Medical Center.

The Red Dog Cottage In The Woods w/ Hot Tub

Private parking with a 30ft walking bridge overlooking a water stream to lead you to the cottage. Queen bedroom downstairs; spiral staircase takes you to your loft queen bedroom; one full bath; full kitchen; TV/WIFI; indoor loft hammock; wrap around covered porch; tree covered outdoor shower area with hot tub; covered dining back porch. Large fire pit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft x 12ft outdoor hammock beside fire pit. Park Series charcoal grill outside.

If you’re looking for plenty of space then look no further. Sleeps 10-12 guests. 7 beds total, 3 full BR, 2 full beds in open area downstairs and an additional full in open space upstairs. Downstairs bar/game room with kitchen, bathroom and pool table: Blackstone grill & fire pit for your downtime. No trailering. 3.6 miles to HMT Williamson connector and 5 miles to Buffalo Mountain. Groceries, fuel, parts, dining and shopping all within a few miles.

Country Charm is a newly built cabin located in Naugatuck, WV. This cabin has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full bath, full kitchen, living room, washer and drier, 2 larger porches, gas grill, fire pit, cable and WIFI. We’re 1 mile from Panther Mart (gas station and hot bar) Within 12 miles of HMT access. Conveniently close to several outlaw trails along with public hunting land in WV and KY.

Cabin 1 -Saw’n Logs -Sleeps 8

Cabin 1 is centrally located between multiple trailheads Buffalo Mountain being the closest at only 1.6 miles away. This cabin has a spacious floor plan layout. The cabin theme is sawing logs. It has 3 king size beds with a pull out sofa. The cabin sets at the edge of the property with a wrap around porch giving an open view while enjoying morning coffee.

Bourbon House

The prime place for outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes from the Hatfield McCoy trail systems, the Kentucky Hillbilly trail systems, kayaking and fishing in the tug fork river. Local amenities such as the mall, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. All of this helps to make your stay heavenly!
