The lake involves walking down a set of stairs (about 30 steps) if have mobility issues, sorry. For night time we have radiant heat all thru the house and 2 rustic real fire places that you have the option to burn wood in. Ice Fish, read, hot tub(yr round) , am coffee, & refresh!
