The house is situated in a quiet residential area five minutes from the beach close to Westbourne and Canford Cliffs villages offering multiple bars and restaurants. You'll find a comfortable bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The living area is bright and airy, with large windows and comfortable seating.

**Building work next door June to September** price reduced by 25% to reflect this and anyone staying will need to accept there may be some noise pollution. This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive. Durdle Door - 30 min drive. Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pet

The Garden Retreat is 2 mins walk from a local pub/restaurant. Bournemouth’s award winning sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car. Lodge features air conditioning, remote controlled blinds, hot tub with mood lighting and wi-fi speakers, outdoor dining area, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine and sofa bed.

Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

Newly renovated large flat

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
