Bedrooms have king or queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with a sleeper sofa brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High-end appliances, tiled bathrooms, large jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown.

House was a duplex but is set up as a single family so you will have the property all to yourselves.

This beautiful 4 bedroom home boasts three bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom on the lower level - plus a Murphy Bed (All Beds - Queen size). Great game room and entertainment area in lower level. The outside area is great for entertaining which includes a hot tub, propane fire table and grill.

Leonard's Birdhouse

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! For a old home it has been upgraded a lot. With a electric fireplace and big screen tv lounging in the living room is easy. If you want to have drinks between the kitchen and Dinning room there is plenty of room for that. In the back yard there is a Hot tube and full patio with a large fireplace to relax and make some s’mores! There is a spare twin bed and 2 full air mattress If needed.
