Submit your permit request to per the instruction at Graining Fork webpage. BUT instead of emailing submit through the AirBnB messages. It is a one room apartment with 1 full size bed, small couch, bench, and 2 bar stools. And has a hot 2-plate, pot, pan, toaster, mini-fridge, French press, microwave, rapid boil kettle, cooking utensils and tableware.
