Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Our home is peaceful and private. You will have access to the entire upper level which boasts 3 large bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and 2-way bathroom. We also have a large deck with BBQ and outdoor dining/seating. You will be within walking distance to the local Tavern, Supermarket, sporting fields, tennis courts and parks with skate ramps, play and gym equipment and BBQs. The pristine beaches of Ballina are only a 20 minute drive and Byron Bay only 40 minutes away.

The Shed at Pearces Creek

Rustic, cosy barn style shed, lined with vintage and recycled materials, tucked away on our 50 acre farm in the peaceful Byron hinterland. 30 mins to Byron Bay, 20 mins to Lennox, Bangalow or Lismore. Unwind with a cuppa by the wood fire, enjoy the babbling creeks or stargaze by the outside fire pit. Our accommodation comprises a 3 bedroom homestead, a 3 bedroom cabin and a 1 bedroom studio. Each has verandas, and is fully self contained with all the amenities and comforts you require for an idyllic and relaxing getaway. Within the grounds is a sparkling 15 metre swimming pool, cabana and multiple decks and terraces for entertaining and relaxing.

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed
