We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy! Scooters are easy to rent across the street and free parking is on premises.
