Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Cottage at The Old School-sleeps 2

Recently refurbished, this detached cottage is set on what used to be the playground of The Old School. This unique, peaceful one bedroomed upside down home, offers you a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Located in a conservation area in Lyng, you are ideally placed to visit the historic city of Norwich or the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. The village offers idyllic walks and also benefits from a local shop and The Fox pub, all within walking distance.

Lily's Cottage

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

“Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Squirrel Lodge

Sitting pretty within the Hawthorns Glamping site, Squirrel Lodge is the latest chic addition. With a contemporary feel throughout, this light and airy lodge is open plan living at its best, offering spacious studio accommodation to couples looking for somewhere really special for their break. This is laid back luxury at its best, with a well equipped kitchen, high end shower room and a lovely sitting room. There is also a seating area outside with a firepit to relax around.

Kingfisher Cottage at Itteringham Mill

Cosy bedroom on gallery above the spacious sitting room with wonderful views across the mill pond. Enjoy a drink and meal at our friendly local pub just 200 yards away or coffee and cake at our village shop just 5 minutes walk. Very peaceful but with easy access to coast and Broads. Perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers and walkers. We still have availability in Kingfisher Cottage for the Walpole Arms beer festival 28-30 June. Lots of local beers, live music and BBQ.
