Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Imagine yourself on a screened porch, gas fireplace glowing, string lights warm overhead, peering into the woods — our guests' favorite space. Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Rocky Boulder View Tiny House

Visit majesticfarm .com and at majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can purchase wood, meats and cider. Beautiful site overlooks orchard. Huge boulders to sit and climb on. One full size bed in the house, bring bedding. There is a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are turned off from November - March, no water. There is no heat or electric in the house - this is a winter camping experience.

Welcome to Beaver Lake Escape! This one bedroom, one bathroom lakeview home has all of the amenities you will need for a relaxing vacation getaway! Come experience a warm & cozy environment with full access to the community beach where you can enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing (catch & release). We renovated it to a tiny house that offers complete privacy. Enjoy the babbling brook while sitting on the deck and taking in the surrounding nature.
