There is a swimming pool 100 metre walk to the main house. Coolum is approximately 15 minutes drive, Noosa & Eumundi Markets are 30 minutes. Montville is just 15 minutes up the hill with a choice of 3 scenic drives. Maroochydore Plaza 15 minutes. Brisbane is 1 1/2 hours drive (to Southside Rocklea), the Woombye train station is 5 minutes away. The Big Pineapple & HQ Zoo, and a great range of eateries like Rick's Garage are nearby.

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Located in the center of Montville town, surrounded by cafe's and shops scattered along the heritage listed main road, Montrose Apartment is a spacious luxury apartment with all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, washing/laundry, double shower, king size bed.
