Es bietet 5 Räume: zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, das auch als Schlafzimmer verwendet werden kann, ein großzügiges Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Essbereich. Dazu ein Außenbereich mit Terrasse und eine Wiese zum Entspannen. Es können maximal 6 Leute im Haus übernachten. Ein Gitterbett ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Neu: E-Ladestation bis 22 kW

Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
