Cute, cozy, freshly remodeled, private guest house on a beautiful 5 acre farm. Enjoy your own backyard herb garden with privacy fence, picnic table and fire pit. New kitchen with gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee-maker, and dining area perfect for enjoying meals. The bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed, & extra blankets. This country getaway is near the University of Florida (12 miles), Blue Springs (21 miles) Ginnie Springs (24 miles), and historic High Springs (15 miles).

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

Tiny House on the Grove

Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful, and stylish space. This modern farmhouse brings convenience and country together. Located far enough from the hustle and bustle to stargaze at night and watch wildlife in the morning, but close enough to everything you need. Situated on an 8 acre mini farm with the cutest Zebu, goats, and donkeys. We have worked hard to cultivate a unique, relaxing and serene getaway that is inviting and refreshing. On the Grove, our guests become friends.

The Crane's Landing

We are meticulous about cleaning, now more than ever. Doorknobs, faucet handles and light switches are being thoroughly sanitized between guests. Your health is a priority! 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, near UF & thd airport, full kitchen and bath. Very comfortable queen sized bed. Beautiful living room and breakfast bar w/ great lighting throughout. Quarter mile nature trail through 5 acres of magnolias, oaks & ancient pines right outside the front door. This one-bedroom private room is located in a charming duplex situated in Downtown Gainesville. It does not share any space with the main house. The house is just under 1 mile from UF Campus and 1.5 miles to Shands Hospital and the VA. Within a few blocks and a quick walk are many of Gainesville's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, museums and nightclubs.
