Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού. To σπίτι βρίσκεται στον Άγιο Νικόλαο Χαλκιδικής. Είναι κατάλληλο για την φιλοξενία τεσσάρων (4) ατόμων. Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο, λουτρό και σοφίτα. Υπάρχει άνετος αύλειος χώρος καθώς επίσης και δωρεάν στάθμευση έως δύο αυτοκινήτων πίσω από την κατοικία.
