Welcome to a tranquil, beach-style apartment with cool ocean breezes where you can snooze in the hammock, curl up with a book on a sunny window seat or cool off in the lap pool on the hot summer afternoons. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny veranda, afternoon drinks in your courtyard or on the back deck by the pool at sunset. At end of day snuggle up in the comfy king-size bed, falling asleep listening to the waves on the beach through the open louvers. The bed can be transformed into two king singles if you just let us know when booking. We do welcome one small non-shedding, toilet trained dog. Your apartment has a separate entry with patio. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances - cook top, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri-bullet, jaffle maker, Smeg jug & toaster. Comfortable lounge & dining setting. If you just want to chill out at home there is Wi fi, Netflix, some games & jigsaws. - Self check in via lock box 24/7. Code given prior to arrival. - Private access. - Shared pool area. We also live on the premises and would love to welcome you to your self contained apartment when possible. We will be happy to help you with anything you require but we will ensure you have your privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short stroll along the street will get you to the track onto the beach... which is an off-leash doggy beach. A short walk along the beach to track 37 is Chalet & Co for Coffee, breakfast or lunch. A little further along is Sunshine beach with more great coffee shops, cafes, restaurants & surf club. There is a bus stop at the end of the street if you want to leave your car and take the bus to Hastings St or to Peregian Beach. There is a bus stop 4 1/2 minutes walk from the apartment that goes North to Noosa Heads which is great at busy times when parking can be a challenge or you don't have your own vehicle. Also great when you would like to have dinner or watch the sunset over the ocean on Main Beach, Hastings St while enjoying a drink or two. Buses also go south to Peregian Beach where there are some lovely restaurants , cafes, coffee shops and an IGA supermarket. If you are adventurous you can take a bike ride around the area on the great pathways. We do have a port-a-cot if required for under 2's. The King Bed can be altered to King Singles for those requiring separate beds. Also provided are beach umbrella, beach mat , beach towels, doggy towel & doggy waste bags. We welcome a small quiet dog that is toilet trained & doesn't shed a lot of hair. Also that you keep them off the furniture & bed. There is a doggy door and we ask you clean up any out door toilet mess.

The cabin sits 60m from the regional train line, but don't let this deter you. The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

Bonsai Cottage is completely private with its own fully fenced small garden nestled within our beautiful property a 3 minute drive to Eumundi Markets and 15 minutes to Noosa and Peregian beaches. We provide a small selection of breakfast commodities in fridge/ larder. Pet Friendly, Bonsai Cottage is also perfect for elderly or partially disabled. Bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, media room, living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Late check out often available on request.

Annie Lane Retreat Peregian Beach

Our air conditioned, pet friendly unit is a private separate space with your own entrance, lounge room, bedroom with ensuite and garden and outdoor BBQ dining area. We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

The shack has one queen bed and also a quality sofa bed that fold down to another queen size bed. Full kitchen/bathroom/tv/ac plus bar b cue/fire pit. Cabin is located on a 50 acre hobby farm with goats and cattle,cabin paddock is approx 5 acres fenced with dog wire so dogs can have free reign of if you would like to even bring your horse,there is good riding 10 min away.

Built in late 2016, Treeview is designed and built on sustainability principles from the roof to the organic cotton sheets. It is nestled on a 30 acre property and so close to the Coast's attractions - Coolum Beach (8 mins), Noosa Heads (20mins) and Eumundi (12 mins). We do welcome your dog and can even accommodate your horse by prior arrangement.

🐾 Pets Welcome! Dean and Lucy welcome you to our Tiny Home – a romantic escape or peaceful retreat to recharge at the beach and reconnect with nature. Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

Heated pool, family & pet friendly holiday home

Centrally located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Coolum Beach is your coastal home away from home. A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.

One bedroom guest suite with aircon, located close to the very best Coolum has to offer. Walking distance to main beach as well as the most beautiful bays. Shops, great cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute drive. Noosa is 30 minutes. Private entry with small yard and secure off street parking. WIFI and netflix.The bed is king sized and comfortable. The kitchenette has bar fridge, kettle and toaster. Only organic and eco-friendly cleaning products used.
