The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Finders Nook - Home From Home

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Within a 10 mile radius of Goodwood Racing and the historic cities of Chichester and Arundel. Hypo- allergenic bedding provided. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay with us.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Orchard Annexe is self contained, with small Summer house & patio area. The annexe has WIFI, tea/coffee, fully equipped kitchen, TV. Upstairs bedroom & Whirlpool bath. Air Cooling system. Double sofa bed in the lounge. Downstairs toilet. Parking on drive. Barnham station 5 mins drive. Pub & fast food restaurant 5 mins walk. Beach 15 min drive. Ideally located for fontwell racing & Goodwood. Arundel & Chichester 10 min drive, local walks & cycle routes on doorstep. Easy access to A27.

Little Willow Cottage

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem ‘ little willow Cottage’ . A unique annex to the rear of our house . Two single cosy beds are up on another level . Steep stairs and height restrictions. My husband is 6’1 and the apex ceiling is just high enough. If you have mobility issues the upstairs may not be suitable for you. Downstairs is a small double sofa bed for 2 kids or 1 adult , single sofa along with a newly fitted bathroom and rustic kitchen. No cooker there is a microwave

Hut 1 Southdown

Sitting by a hedgerow in a paddock on its own behind a working farmyard the Hut looks out over its own grassy corner to open fields and water meadows beyond. The picnic table and fire-pit outside the hut make it a lovely spot for an outdoor supper on a long summer evening. In winter stoke up the tiny wood-burner in the hut to hunker down for a warm night sheltered from anything the weather throws at you.
