King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Located near Moulton Agricultural College, and with a selection of local pubs and amenities within easy walking distance.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside and walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and hides overlooking the lakes.
