Located in beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with private community beach access Monday-Friday (June - September) Roseland Waterpark right down the road. In winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. Home to the Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. 4 night minimum in the summer and 2 night minimum in the off season. Rental contract is provided for this stay.

The cottage sits on a hillside offering unparalleled panoramic views of the lake. Just minutes to renowned local wineries and breweries. The perfect place to unwind and relax with friends and family. Please Note: there is a steep driveway to the cottage that maybe be difficult for young children/elderly.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Enjoy your own private getaway on the west shore of beautiful Keuka Lake in our newly renovated Lakehouse. Only 45 minutes from Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, we are a great location for winter activities as well!

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
