The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

"Last Cast" is close to town, creating the perfect space to have access to peace & quiet while being close to town & water. This cabin is on a private property that guests will have all to themselves while they are here. You will have access to an eat in kitchen, living room, private bathroom, and a loft which has two beds. This cabin comes w/channel dock space on the S. side of Lake Webster. There is space for your boat & water toys to bring along w/ you or rent items @ a marina while here.

The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
