Y Bwthyn is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Beudy, it is a two level converted stone building . It has a lounge, log burner & dining area and a narrow spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom with a private bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen leads off to the king size bedroom with ensuite. There is a south facing private enclosed garden with grass and patio area with beautiful views. There is 5 acres of our land for you to explore and enjoy.

We are close to many of the areas best attractions including the Ceredigion coastal path, numerous stunning beaches, Fantasy Farm, the award winnings harbour towns of Aberaeron and New Quay and the University towns of Lampeter and the beautiful Aberystywth. We are very central within the county of Ceredigion.

Dolifor Barn is a 230 year old stone building, full of character, located in the Elan Valley. It’s elevated location has direct views over the Elan River and is only a 10 minute walk from the confluence of the Elan & Upper Wye rivers. The hosts live on the upper part of the barn and your accommodation is located on the ground floor. The flat is totally self contained. A complimentary WELCOME PACK with ‘goodies’ is included in the price.

Located in West Wales (10 minutes from seaside town, Aberystwyth), It’s a short walk from a traditional welsh country village, which has the amazing award winning gastro pub - Y Ffarmers. Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.

The property has oil fired central heating and an electric oven. Parking is in the barn courtyard. The barn is set on a hill with great views and offers a place of tranquillity.
