Kmečka hiša iz prve polovice 19.stoletja leži v središču spomeniško zaščitene vasi Spodnja Polskava. Klasično grajeni zidovi kmečke hiše ohranjajo prijetno bivalno klimo pozimi in poleti; ohladite se lahko tudi v senci mogočnih orehovih krošenj. V hiši je spalnica, dnevni prostor- nekdanja črna kuhinja s kmečko mizo, kuhinja in kopalnica (50 m2). Razen spalnice so vsi prostori obokani.
