Gelegen in het historische centrum aan de hippe Sint Paulusplaats, op een steenworp van de Scheldekaaien en Grote Markt, het MAS en de winkelstraten op wandelafstand. Uw bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en deze is bereikbaar via een originele trap uit 1802.

Er is een tuin georiënteerd op het zuiden met een groot terras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten. Er is een ruime badkamer met douche en ligbad. Een grote keuken met veel licht. Een gezellige living.
