Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

We welcome you in our cottage house in Taktikoupoli, a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Ένα ξεχωριστό, ήρεμο μέρος μέσα στα πεύκα, που θα σας προσφέρει ηρεμία και χαλάρωση εντός και εκτός του σπιτιού. Μία υπέροχη μεζονέτα με γήινες αποχρώσεις και μινιμαλισμό. Στο εξωτερικό της βρίσκεται μία πανέμορφη ξύλινη σάουνα, μπάρμπεκιου, και αίθριο με τη ξεχωριστή θέα στο δάσος. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, παρέες και για όλους τους λάτρεις της φύσης.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
