Santamare Villa is an ideal summer destination for those visitors seeking relaxation, serenity and the discreet luxury of an island getaway. The villa is located short distance from the beach “Lias”, which is a short, almost private, pebble beach with soft fine sand. The verandas and the pool offers a unique magic view of the Aegean sea.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

For the 2025 season, the complex’s swimming pool will NOT be available. Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.

Βρισκόμαστε μόλίς 10 λεπτά με το αμάξι απο το λιμάνι της Τήνου.Η γειτονιά διακρίνεται για την απόλυτη ηρεμία και άμεση επαφη με τη φύση.Δίπλα απο το Agreli υπάρχουν ατόφια παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια που οδηγούν στα τριγύρω χωριά αλλα και στη χώρα της Τήνου.Η θέα στις κυκλάδες κόβει κυριολεκτικά την ανάσα...με πλήρη διαύγεια η Μύκονος και η Σύρος τη νύχτα φωτίζουν τη βέραντα μας με θεαματικό αποτέλεσμα.
